CANCELLATION OF ORDER

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are allowed without any questions asked, with a full reversal of the amount paid by the customer. However, cancellations are only allowed before the product is shipped from our warehouses.

RETURN OF PRODUCT

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
    If the product is damaged upon delivery, please follow these steps:

    • Immediately record a short video showing the damage.

    • Notify our Customer Care team at 011-66410034 or support@aimilpharma.life.

    • After verification, we will send you a replacement product, based on your preference.

    • The contents of your shipment and original packing must be returned with the damaged product in a sealed pack.

  2. Incorrect Product Dispatched:
    If the product received is different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately:

    • We will either refund your payment or send the correct product as a replacement, based on your preference.

    • Ensure the contents of your shipment and the original packing are returned with the product in a sealed pack.

REFUND OF PAYMENT

  1. Refund Process:

    • We will initiate your refund within 7 working days after confirming the return or cancellation.

    • It may take 15 to 30 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card account due to inter-bank procedures.
